1992- Principal Investigator. "The Development and Testing of a Model for Group Counseling Leader current Development". This is a long term project relating to a broad gage theoretical model which I have developed. First phase activities consisted of the development, refinement, and validation of instruments designed to measure key variable from the literature and the concomitant formation of a data bank and analysis of date. In the second phase, newly-derived scales, multi-variate correlational and regression analyses were used to test hypotheses regarding leader behavior and member outcome. The third phase consists of a series of experimental studies pertaining to goal setting, cohesion, and various aspects of feedback such as valence, amount and timing. Funded by several internal Indiana University sources and the Spencer Foundation.

1990-1991 Evaluation of a Monroe County Community School Corporation program (Kindergarten Early Years Success - KEYS) designed to enhance the learning skills of pre-school children.
