Service/Outreach Projects

    As Coordinator of the OPTIONS Program, organized and supervised annual Campus Needs Assessments as part of an ongoing Campus Improvement Plan, incorporating individual interviews, focus group interviews, and staff and student surveys.

    Collaborated with faculty and doctoral students from Baylor University and Texas A & M University on various research projects, including personally administering questionnaires involving attitudes of at-risk high school students for dissertation research.

    Participated in survey of health risk behaviors among alternative high school students conducted jointly by the University of Houston and the Centers for Disease Control.
