St. Brieuc, France
St. Brieuc is in northwestern France, in the region of Brittany. It was the first Honors Program site in France, and is the longest standing Program site in the entire IUHPFL. The population of St. Brieuc is small, at roughly 50,000 inhabitants, but offers beautiful scenery, as two important rivers meet in St. Brieuc before emptying into the Bay of St. Brieuc.
