Hutton Honors College students participated in a master class with one of the world's leading contemporary artists, Robert Colescott, at which he critiqued the art of several IU students. Robert Colescott visited IU as the Class of 1943 Wells Professor.

The Honors College hosted a pizza discussion supper with Claude Steele, world-renowned psychologist and Lucie Stern Professor in the Social Sciences at Stanford University. Professor Steele visited IU's campus as a Patten Lecturer.

Discussion Supper: Covering the World--with photographer Peter Turnley

Peter Turnley, a photographer who has covered most major internaltional news events and whose photos have appeared in numerous publications around the world, joined Hutton Honors College students and Wells Scholars in a discussion about the events he has covered throughout his career. Mr. Turnley visited IU as a Branigin Lecturer for the Institute for Advanced Study.

Photo from supper with Coleen Rowley Pizza Discussion Supper with Coleen Rowley, former FBI agent and one of three whistleblowers named 2002 People of the Year by Time Magazine.

At a supper hosted by the Hutton Honors College, Coleen Rowley explained her reasons for writing a memo that exposed various FBI failings leading up to the 9/11 attacks and the problems with the FBI's structure that led to the concerns detailed in her letter.
