John N. Berry III, Editor-in-Chief of Library Journal, will moderate a panel discussion at Indiana University South Bend on June 4, 1999 entitled, "Navigating toward the New Millennium: Libraries in Transition."

Panel participants include: Suzanne Thorin, Ruth Lilly University Dean of University Libraries, Indiana University; Jennifer Younger, Director of the University of Notre Dame Libraries, and Thomas G. Kirk, College Librarian, Earlham College. The event will be from 1:00 - 3:00 pm in IUSB's Northside room 158. This event is part of the Schurz Library's 10-year anniversary celebration. A reception will follow on the 5th floor of the Schurz Library. The public is invited to attend. Admission is free.
