  • Note: Regional electives (three courses other than language courses at the 300-400 level) from any discipline are accepted with the approval of the advisor or director of the major. The regional concentration can be perceived in one of two ways (students must select one): An area defined geographically or linguistically, and an area defined religiously and/or ethnically (such as the African or Jewish Diaspora).
