Question: Who can stay at the Indiana Memorial Union Biddle Hotel & Conference Center?
Everyone is welcome. We are honored to have visitors from across the United States and around the world.
Question: My family is interested in coming for graduation. How far ahead can I make a reservation?
Because of the high demand for rooms during special events weekends, such as graduation and home football games, we hold a lottery for reservations. Click here for more information about taking part in the graduation weekend lottery.
Question: I travel for business and need to a hotel with amenities for professionals. What do you offer?
In addition to quiet and comfortable rooms, great food, and the amenities of a world-class campus, the Indiana Memorial Union offers executive rooms with upgraded amenties: a comfortable work environment with executive grade desks and chairs, wireless and wired internet connections, and flat screen televisions.
Question: I went to Indiana University. Do I receive a discount at the hotel?
Current members of the IU Alumni Association do receive a discount. To qualify, please notify us on reservation of your membership, and provide your IUAA membership card on check-in. (Please note, the alumni discount is not valid on special event weekends, including football and commencement weekends. Please contact us if you need more information.)
Question: I am planning a large event at the Union and want to secure a block of rooms to offer to those who attend. What accomodations do you offer?
