Individualized Major Programs: 2012 Conference
Registration
Conference participants must pre-register on or before February 13, 2012.
Registration includes:
- Admission to all sessions
- Conference materials (handouts, registration packets, etc.)
- Dinner on Thursday, March 1 (excluding alcohol)
- Breakfast on Friday, March 2
Optional pre- and post-conference boxed lunches are available for an additional charge of $10.50 each.
Hotel accommodations are not included with registration. Click here for hotel information.
Registration fees:
- IU Bloomington faculty and staff: $50
- Faculty and staff from outside IU Bloomington: $125
- Students from outside IU Bloomington: $50
- IU Bloomington students: Please contact imp@indiana.edu before registering for special instructions.

We accept payment by credit card, purchase order, check, wire transfer, or IU internal billing.
Cancellation of registration:
- Prior to February 13: Full refund less $20 administrative fee (you may elect to substitute another person to attend in your absence).
- After February 13: Registration fees will not be refunded (you may elect to substitute another person to attend in your absence).
- All cancellations must be submitted in writing (e-mail) to the Conference Registrar at iuconfs@indiana.edu.
