Plan Two requires parents to participate as a Parent Teacher in their child's classroom. The number of parent teacher days per semester depends on the number of days the child attends. If the child attends 5 days per week, the parent participates as a Parent Teacher 5 days per semester. Accordingly, the parent participates 3 or 2 days per semester if the child attends 3 or 2 days per week respectively. Each family must also perform a chore (or "job") throughout the semester. Families sign up or are assigned a job by the classroom teachers. Most of these jobs are be done M-F when HCCNS is open. For more information about the jobs, contact the office or your child's teacher.

Tuition fees may be paid in full at the beginning of each semester or in four monthly or weekly payments. Monthly payments are due by first Friday of the month, or weekly payments are due by Fridays of of each week. A late fee of $15 is charged to unpaid accounts after Fridays of each week. Alternate payment arrangements may be made by contacting the director. On enrollment, a payment of a deposit of two weeks tuition is required. This deposit will be applied to the last month's tuition before the child leaves the school. Withdrawal without one month's notice will result in the forfeiture of the deposit. If a child will be absent from Hoosier Courts for an extended period of time (four weeks or more), parents must pay a holding fee to retain their child's enrollment when returning. This policy only applies to summer absences, and is not available during the Fall and Spring semesters. The holding fee is equivalent to the tuition charges for one week and must be paid in advance. For absences of less than four weeks during the summer, and for all absences during the Fall and Spring semesters, all regular tuition fees apply. Notification of withdrawal from Hoosier Courts must be given at least ONE MONTH in advance. The parent is responsible for full tuition and all other fees for that month. If a month's notice is not given, the parent is responsible for paying a month's tuition and all other fees, unless the school is able to replace the child with a child of similar age, sex, and English fluency. Once the semester begins, no schedule changes may be made until the following semester. If a change is necessary, a transaction fee will be applied. The late fee for picking up your child is $10.00 per half-hour or part thereof. Late fee for picking up your child after 5:30 PM is $15.00 per fifteen minutes or part thereof.
