Global Issues Community Discussion Series – March 8, 2012, 7pm, Room 1B, Monroe County Public Library, Bloomington, IN - Join us to discuss international and local implications of 2011 protest movements in Bloomington and abroad.
Internationalizing the Academic Standards: Indiana (IASI) – Five booklets that together offer suggestions for integrating international content when teaching a variety of Indiana K-12 academic standards in the four core subject areas (English/language arts, mathematics, science, social studies). Electronic copies can be downloaded from this Web site.
International Studies in Schools (ISIS) – has two new interactive video programs: 'Music Around the World' and 'Global Holidays'. Check out the Web site for more information about ISIS.
Ph.D. Minor in Human Rights – The Ph.D. Minor in Human Rights is now accepting students from all disciplines. This unique minor explores human rights through a holistic and multidisciplinary approach.
