2010 Camp Atterbury and Muscatatuck Areas
Imagery Basics Indiana National Guard staff provided University Information Technology Services at Indiana University with a copy of the 2010 Camp Atterbury and Muscatatuck orthophotography. The vendor, Fugro EarthData, used a Leica ADS52 digital pushbroom sensor to acquire the natural color digital ground orthoimagery on March 23, 2010, (Muscatatuck) and March 26, 2010 (Camp Atterbury). All imagery was acquired from an altitude of 4747 ft above mean terrain (AMT). The 3-band tif natural color orthophotos are at a scale of 1 to 1,200 with a 0.15 meter pixel resolution. EarthData produced the images to be fully compliant with the American Society for Photogrammetry and Remote Sensing Accuracy Standards for Class 1 mapping requirements (ASPRSC1) at a scale of 1 to 1,200. Data Availability The metadata zip archive includes a layout of each area in shapefile format to locate images. The current archive includes individual image tiles (geotiff) and ecw compressed images. Images Dataset Contact Richard McClellan rmcclellan@earthdata.com |
