How to take action now
Dear Student Employee,
The following document is a letter written on behalf of the Graduate Employee
Organization (GEO)
to Professor Neil Theobald, who oversees the Student Academic Appointee (SAA)
healthcare
committee. We are running a letter campaign to make him aware of our anger
over the healthcare
budget cuts that were made for this academic year--cuts that were made without
our input or
approval and to demand a reinstatement of our benefits.
The current letter is a response to Vice Provost Theobald. You may view both our first action letter and Theobald's response via the navigation menu on the left of this screen.
We are asking for you to read this letter and sign your name to it. To do so simply click on the TAKE ACTION NOW link in the left hand menu of this page. You will be asked to verify your username and IU password, then you may view the letter. Simply add your name and e-mail address in the appropriate fields and then click submit.
We find that adding personal touches action letters help solicit a response from Vice Provost Theobald. On the letter you will also see an option to add your own words to the letter.
