President Erin Ransford called the meeting to order at 9:14 pm.

Old Business
  • Two governor positions are now open, as Jack Fan has resigned. Vice President John Kurzawinski will call the RA's of Upper Harper to try to get someone elected.
  • President Ransford needs those people with whom she has not met to email her times that would be convenient.
Executive Reports

President
Erin Ransford reported that the President's Council has been discussing the bus pass and the technology fee, though no decision has been made. They also allocated money for a speaker for Martin Luther King, Jr. Day.
Vice President
John Kurzawinski reported that he had heard of a wrestling event that it would be possible to hold here for residents. He is also in the process of finding experienced people to run the radio station.
Programming Vice President
Chrissi Cooper was absent from the meeting.
Financial Vice President
Casey Ash reported that the dance might not take place, as there is no service form on file. She also has a bill for BOG next week to give money for the NRHH retreat. There is also an idea to work at Late Night at the IMU to make some money.
Communications Vice President
Michelle Noyer reported that there would be another Foster Flush on Wednesday. She is working on the frames for the web page.
Executive Assistant
Rebecca McCasland had nothing to report.
Community Involvement Director
Bridget McBride reported that the Harmony Clean Up for this weekend was cancelled.
Campus Involvement Director
Kirti Modi reported that IU Sing made a poster last Sunday at the meeting. They will meet again this Sunday at 5. She also emailed Jonathon about a coach for the Little 500 team.
Environmental Director
Laura Edwards reported that the dumpsters were moved and that signs were up for recycling awareness.
Sports and Recreation Director
Alina Terlep had nothing to report.
IUSA Senator
Bilen Mulugeta reported that IUSA is having internal issues.
Foster Activities Chair
Disha Puri had nothing to report.
Discussion
  • The football game is at 12:15 pm. The cookout set-up will begin at 3 pm. $200 has been budgeted, and some members of Foster Student Government will shop later this week.
  • Straight No Chaser will be invited to sing at the Welcome Back Party in January.
