- Harper's basement contains the laundry facilities, the Foster library, assorted vending machines, and the informal lounge where Foster residents can watch tv on the big screen and play pool
- Harper contains the center desk and main offices of Foster staff
- The formal lounge, located on the first floor, is a nice quiet place to study or to hang out with friends
