The Indiana Memorial Union operates as a hotel, a conference center and a student union. Conference sessions, all food and social activities will take place in the IMU.

Contact the hotel directly. Inform the reservation staff person that you are participating in the Film Indiana conference.
We encourage you to make your reservations early. The conference falls over a football weekend and our block of hotel rooms will be released to the general public on August 1, 2007.

Rates

Hotel room rates will range from $106-$146/room. All rooms are subject to 11% tax.

Hardwire and wireless internet access is available throughout the IMU.

Please note that due to home football game on September 15, hotels may fill up several weeks in advance. We urge conference attendees to make accommodation arrangements as soon as possible.
