An
announcement only distribution list is available to IU's faculty
and librarian emeriti. The purpose of the list is to convey
information of interest to emeriti. Examples of announced
information include opportunities for involvement, events such
as the emeriti art exhibit, and memorials.
To
POST an announcement to the list:
Send an email to
<emeriti@indiana.edu>, include the information to be announced
and the name of a contact person.
Two
options exist for ADDING your name to the distribution list:
1) The first way
is to send an email to <emeriti@indiana.edu> requesting to
be added to the list. OR
2) The second way
is to subscribe yourself by sending
an email to <majordomo@indiana.edu>, skip the line
for
"Subject" and move to the area for entering text and type: subscribe
emeriti_emeriti1
Take
one of these steps to REMOVE your name from the list:
1) Send an email
to <emeriti@indiana.edu> requesting to be removed from the
list. OR
2) Send an email
to <majordomo@indiana.edu>, skip the line for "Subject" and
move the area for entering text and
type: unsubscribe emeriti_emeriti1
