Associate Justice Julia Strzeszkowski


Julia Strzeszkowski is a junior majoring in Spanish and International Studies with a concentration in human rights and the Middle East.

During her freshman year, Julia served as Floor Governor and Programmer for Teter Quad. She has been a member of Phi Alpha Delta's Pre-Law Fraternity and has been a mentor in the Hutton Honors College freshman mentoring program. Sophomore year, Julia was assistant copy chief at the Indiana Daily Student, and she began working with the Bloomington Big Brothers Big Sisters program.

This year, Julia will continue being a Big Sister and copy editor and is studying in Spain during the spring semester.

Julia graduated from Hamilton Southeastern High School in Fishers, Indiana in the spring of 2009 with academic honors. Julia was an editor of her high school newspaper, a captain and member of her nationally recognized We the People team and player on the district lacrosse team.

After graduation, Julia plans to attend law school and work defending human rights.
