Has two areas of responsibility, a student system and an
advisors and coaches system. The student system works to create opportunities
for juniors and seniors to mentor with successful local community members who
parallel their career aspirations. The advisors and coaches system works to
enhance the role of advisors and coaches as mentors with student leadership
development.
