Submission Guidelines

For written work, we accept poetry, short fiction, creative nonfiction, flash fiction, and short plays. Because of budgetary issues, sometimes we're unable to accept work that is too much longer than ten or so double-spaced pages. However, it never hurts to send it, as we do our best to accept the highest quality work regardless of these kinds of setbacks. There are no restrictions on form, theme, or content for your work. Submit up to six pieces of work.

For artwork, we accept photography, paintings, drawings, metalwork, sculptures, and nearly every other kind of visual art. Again, there are no restrictions on the content of your artwork, and you may submit up to six pieces of work. .

All entries submitted for publication are also considered for our written and visual art contests. Once the published pieces are selected, IU professors select the best written piece and best visual art piece. Winners for the current issue's contest will be announced at the premiere event held at the end of each semester.
