History & Background Information

• MarketLine
  Click on the Companies tab located near the top of the page
  Enter company name in the "Search Our Products" box located below the menu tabs
  Select company from results list
  Select "History" from the Table of Contents list on the left
  
• FACTIVA
  Select the tab that reads "Companies/Markets"
  Enter Company name or ticker symbol
  Scroll down to Reports section and choose "Financial Snapshot plus Profile"
  Ensuing report will have a History section
  
• HOOVER'S ONLINE
  In the search box enter the Company name or Ticker symbol and select either
  Company Name or by Ticker from the options below
  Click the search button
  Select "History" from menu on left
  
• MERGENT ONLINE
  Click on "Enter Mergent Online"
  Search by company name or ticker
  Click on the "History" tab
