Cloning service:

  
 

We can clone target cDNA gene into any vectors as long as parental cDNA and vector are available. We use two cloning sytems: Restriction enzyme cloning and Ligation-independent cloning (LIC).

Mutagenesis: including single or multiple sites mutation, insertion, truncation and deletion mutants.

  
 

Cultures:

  
 
  1. Bacteria culture
    Capacity of culture is from 1L to 25L. Instruments include temperature controlled shaker and fermentors.
  2. Insect cell culture
    Capacity of culture is from 500ml to 10L in suspension. Small scale culture is available for adherent culture. Instruments include temperature controlled incubator and shaker.
  3. Mammalian cell culture.
    Capacity of culture is from 500ml to 10L in suspension. Small scale culture is available for adherent culture. Instruments include temperature controlled CO2 incubator and shaker.
  4. Yeast cell culture.
    Capacity of culture is from 1L to 25L. Instruments include temperature controlled shaker and fermentors.
 
 

Protein expression:

  
 

We provide protein expression service in E. coli, Yeast, Insect cell and mammalian cell system. The expression constructs are either made by our facility or provided by customers.

E.coli expression:
Protein expression can be screened in BL21, BL21(DE3), BL21(DE3)pLys, Rosetta(DE3), Rosetta(DE3)pLys, Origami 2(DE3) strains.

Insect cell expression:
Protein expression can be screened in Sf9 and High Five cells.

Yeast cell and mammalian cell expression systems:
Expression test can be made based on customer's requirements.

  
 

Protein purification:

  
  We provide cell ysis, His-tag, GST-Tag affinity purification services to our customers, We can also provide Ion-exchange, gel filtration column purification and opitimization services. The cost of protein purification optimization is varied with different protein, which is depended on solubility and stability of protein.
