Final Round
Judging:
All delegates must carry themselves with dignity, poise and
sophistication. Judges will be evaluating how well her choice of apparel
suits him/her (such as fit, color, and style) as well as him/her on-stage
presentation.

Q & A:
This part will be judged on
Knowledge and Understanding the questions, and the Creativity of the
answers.

Talent:
The time limit for talent is five
minutes maximum. Time will be kept by stop-watch. Any contestant exceeding
the four minutes time limit will be penalized two points. Delegates vying
for the talent title will be allowed set-up time prior to each performance
(if needed). Arrangements for this consideration must be made in advance
so that our competition schedule will not be affected. All cassette tapes
must be properly cued and labeled with your name and title clearly written
on the side the music is on. No fire/knife acts please. Please be sure to
bring a back-up tape, in the event of loss or damage. There will be a time
set aside for rehearsal before competition.
Talent will be judged on difficulty of routine, stage presence,
personality, originality and overall impression. The contestant
accumulating the highest score will be the 2003 Talent Winner.

Prize
Mr & Miss 2003 Winners are awarded to the
candidate with the highest total score for the event.
Mr & Miss 2003 Talent Winners are awarded
to the candidate with the highest score for best talent.
Mr & Miss 2003 the Most Popular Winners are
awarded to the candidate with the highest score for most popular.
