Donate to CISAB

The IU Center for the Integrative Study of Animal Behavior is funded by Indiana University, the National Science Foundation, and the National Institutes of Health. We also rely on individual and corporate donors for support of our activities, especially those which allow us to partner effectively with the local community.

Currently, we are especially seeking donations to support:

1. CISAB General Funds. Donations to the general fund are used to support a wide range of academic functions inlcuding organizing the AB Conference, supporting our ongoing speaker series, providing student conference travel funds, and updating research equipment for the CISAB equipment loan program.

2. Rowland Mentoring Award. The Rowland Award is given annually to an Indiana University graduate student whose outstanding mentoring of undergraduates reflects the example set by founding CISAB member, Dr. William J. Rowland. CISAB graduate students can be nominated for this award by a CISAB faculty member.

3. Hanna Kolodziejski Fellowship. This Fellowhip honors the memory of Hanna Kolodziejski, a former CISAB graduate student. This endowment, established in 2009, will fund an annual award for a Biology or CISAB graduate student who shows academic talent in both research and teaching, while demonstrating a commitment to the community through community service or outreach programs. The fellowship will be open to all CISAB and Department of Biology graduate students, with a preference given to members of CISAB and Evolution, Ecology & Behavior (EEB) students.
