Alpha Phi Little 500 and Little 50
Alpha Phi actively participates in the historical races of Little 500 and Little 50. The Alpha Phi cycling team has found much success and has placed 4th overall at its best in 2006. In 2007, Alpha Phi placed 10th overall. The Alpha Phi cyclists practice year round and take a special spring break training trip to prepare for the April race.
The Alpha Phi Little 50 runners have also been successful. Alpha Phi won the first two years of the Little 50 race. Other important finishes were in the third year of the race, placing 3rd but 1st among sororities. Alpha Phi placed 2nd overall and 1st among sororities in 2008. The runner’s workout all year round and practice together in the spring before the race.
